Deprecate XPDF in DSpace 5, remove in DSpace 6

      Description

      The XPDF PDF Thumbnail generation tool is too difficult to install (can't happen out of the box, requires manually installed JARs), and with Terry Brady's contribution of the ImageMagick Thumbnail generator, this feature is no longer as essential. Therefore, we should deprecate XPDF in DSpace 5, and eventually remove this code in DSpace 6.
