Description

Update the 'index-lucene-' command to return an error message saying to use "index-discovery-": https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/Command+Line+Operations
Update 'dspace.cfg' to remove configurations related to Lucene.
Remove deprecated Lucene classes (see ~~DS-1789~~)
Remove Lucene index (if it still exists)
Update all documentation removing references to Lucene
