      Description

In Internet Explorer 10 and 11, the DSpace logo is not displaying correctly at the top of the page in the navy blue bar. Only the top half of the logo and top left of the word DSPACE is visible on the home page and all pages because the image is displaying too large I think. Whereas in Chrome and Firefox the full logo and word DSPACE are visible in that navy blue bar, seemingly because they are a bit smaller, and have not been chopped.
