IndexBrowser forgets ';' when writing SQL statements

      Description

      The CREATE INDEX SQL statements produced by
      /dspace/bin/dspace index -t -o SQL
      miss terminating ';' – see attached file

      This appears to be the reason I could not re-build the index when I started a new dev instance based on the copy of a production database.
