I am logged in as an admin. There is no place to edit the contribution fields. Are these the only fields available or are they customizable? Is a contributor able to add a link or must they always add a file? Can you create a link within the description if nothing else? Many great resources are linked to other places on the internet. If I can't add a URL, it makes it difficult.
I am looking at implementing D-space for a k-12 institution. I'd like to be able to modify the fields to include Division level or grade level suited for. I'd also like there to be a subject area field. I'd also like to add type of resource. (lesson plan, website, etc.) Perhaps I am missing where I would add these fields? I thought it would be under content, but there doesn't appear to be any options to add fields there. Thanks for your help.
