      Description

When running a "full reindex" of DSpace via the dspace index-discovery -f script, several display issues temporarily affect a running DSpace site, including: search and browse results are incomplete, all numbers of results (including facets) display as zero, the "recently added" block is empty. We typically take our site down during a full reindex for these reasons. However, looking at the example given to us by Andrea Schweer with https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/pull/905 I believe we can modify the code in org.dspace.discovery.IndexClient to reindex to a temporary core, and then swap the new index and old index cores when the process completes successfully. This will allow the site to stay up and usuable during a full reindex.
