      Description

After upgrading by git merging 5.6 into 5.5 the non-administrator users get this error msg in XMLUI after clicking a submission in the pool, then on the metadata page click "take task".

      We use the "configurable" workflow.

      An error has occurred:
JavaException: org.dspace.authorize.AuthorizeException: Authorization denied for action WRITE on ITEM:53907 by user 790

The item disappears from "submissions" and is only found by the "Workflow overview" with the "Step" info "Unknown state".
It is also possible to find the document with the item # on "Items".

In the dspace.log no error messages appears, but i might have missed it.

Downgrading to 5.5 on our test server fixed the problem, but i would rather not downgrade on production.
After the upgrade i checked bin/dspace database info, and it stated that it was on 5.6.

This might be a separate jira issue, but there is a similar error in the dspace.log file connected to Sword deposits.

      2016-10-26 18:34:03,741 ERROR org.dspace.sword.DSpaceSWORDServer @ caught exception:
org.dspace.sword.DSpaceSWORDException: org.dspace.authorize.AuthorizeException: Authorization denied for action WRITE on ITEM:58858 by user 1066
