      Description

      A new REST webapp needs to be designed for DSpace 7 to support the implementation of the single UI angularJS2 based.

      The new REST webapp needs to respect the contract detailed here (work in progress):
      https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/REST+API+Contract
      using HATEOAS architecture.
