      Description

      The following patch corrects issues with block loading in the Cocoon XMLUI. It adopts usage of a repackaged Cocoon module with patches to correct Outputstreams not being properly closed. This also is addressing the following URL protocol handler resolution issue

      It is recommended that others test this patch as well to assure that it will not cause concerns with existing 1.6.0 XMLUI deployments.
