Newline characters in FOXML result in triples that can't be deleted from the resource index when object is updated/purged

      Description

Having an object label with newline character sequences in the FOXML, eg or ingests correctly and a triple is created for the label.

However when modifying the label (or purging the object) the label triple is not deleted. It looks like there is some mangling of the newline character sequence, probably causing the triple delete to fail as Fedora's string for the label isn't matching the value in the resource index.

Verified with both the Windows and Linux newline character sequences above.

See also: http://www.mail-archive.com/fedora-commons-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg03659.html for Jonathan Green's report of this and a test object to reproduce this.

Added as priority Major as this affects the integrity of the resource index. Potentially there could be other cases of this, tests should be added for this, including these characters (and possibly others) in DC triples and in RELS-* datastream triples.
