      Description

At present, Fedora requires the presence of an acl:accessControl triple which points to an ACL. While acl:accessControl is defined in the WebAC ontology, no specification indicates its use. Both the Fedora specification and SOLID WebAC spec require the use of the acl link relation header instead. This makes the acl:accessControl triple redundant. Procedurally, clients should use the acl link relation to link to ACLs (as spelled out in the specifications), rather than adding an acl:accessControl triple (which is unique to this Fedora implementation)

Figure out what to do: Remove the acl:accessControl triple as a means of linking ACLs, deprecate it, or make it a read-only server-managed triple.
