when manually adding or replacing a TN with the Video SP I get an error message.

When trying to replace or manually add a new TN through the islandora interface in the Video Solution pack I get an error:

Only files with the follow extension are allowed: .

I've tested this on islandora sandbox as well and get the same behavior.

I've attached a screenshot.

The issue is similar to https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/ISLANDORA-917 and I wonder if it might effect other solution packs in the same way?
