Tesseract was moved to Github. Test scripts depending on former location fail

Tesseract project moved from google code to github. Our current test scripts for the newspaper solution pack depend on tesseract. I consequence Travis fails on each pull against this module making our current Release process uncertain.

Solution is simple and a pull against 7.x and 7.x-1.8 will follow.
Probably tesseract's URL will need to be modified also in other modules and maybe in vagrant also(not sure)?
