Description
Even though OGG files can support video, I believe that the OGV extension should be added to the file extensions (in includes/video_upload.form.inc) so that Ogg Vorbis video files can also be selected to upload.
I adjusted the code locally and it allowed the OGV to upload and be viewed as well as create valid TECHMD from it.
OGV and OGG can both support video, but the OGV extension would always be a video format.
