Facet Pages documentation note

Facet search form is undocumented. I included a screen cap of the section of the configuration interface I'm referring to.
When enabled, the facet search form requires the use of a text (mt) field. If an mt field is selected it works fine.
We should note, the display is adversely effected when an mt field is selected. It's a tough trade-off.
