      Description

      The Video SP defines the following "Allowed file types" to be uploaded: ogg mp4 mov qt m4v avi mkv. We should provide a config option to allow admins to remove extensions from this list, so they can better control what types of files get added to their repo. The SP currently provides an option for "Maximum file size for playing OBJ".

      Same option could be provided for the Audio SP as well, although that is out of scope for this issue.
