Massive JP2s for text-based TIFFs... Implement JPEG 2000 Part 6 extension?

      Bitonal TIFFs are very small, but their JP2 derivatives are upwards of 10 times larger, which seems counter to the purpose of creating a JP2 derivative. A possible solution to this apparently is to use JPEG 2000 Part 6, which is not implemented in Islandora.

      Is it possible to make that happen?
