Integrate video solution pack with remote streaming servers

The Pitt University Library System proposes to enable the Video Solution Pack to store and deliver streaming derivatives on a remote streaming server.

Implementation is presumed to be a new set of modules which hook the template_preprocess_HOOK and hook_islandora_CMODEL_PID_derivative

The derivative creation hook will either send the original video object (OBJ datastream) to the remote streaming server for conversion, or will create a streamable datastream and upload it to the remote streaming server. The template hook will expose that remote streaming URL to the UI.
