"Missing Dates" page does not respect namespaces

      Description

      On the Missing Dates admin page (admin/islandora/solution_pack_config/newspaper/missing_dates), if you have namespace restrictions on your site, objects from a disallowed namespace appear here.

      We need to respect namespace restrictions in this view.

      Attached: screenshot from a site where the "au" namespace is not in the list of allowed namespaces.
